Westfleet Advisors has published the latest version of its much-cited market report on litigation finance, providing transactional data for over 40 commercial litigation funders active in the US. While inherently incomplete, the report—now in its fourth iteration—does offer useful metrics by which the largely opaque litigation finance market can be measured as it continues to mature.
