Net Navigation Systems [NPE] filed three separate suits against Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T, Cisco, and Futurewei/Huawei over four patents related to network processors.  These are the first suits filed by Net Navigation.  Applied Micro assigned the patents to Net Navigation in June 2011.
