Reshare Commerce [NPE] and Fitness Formulary [NPE] filed suit against Dotfit over a patent related to a computer facilitated selling system.  Reshare has filed four prior suits since November 2009 against 30 defendants.  According to its website, Reshare has licensed its patent to 24 companies, including many defendants from its prior suits.  10/13, District of Minnesota, 0:2011cv03010.
