Financial Systems Technology (FST) [NPE] filed suit against CDW and Microsoft over two patents related to databases search. FST filed suit against Oracle in 2008, and that case was dismissed with prejudice in February 2011. 10/13, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv07234.
