Parallel Networks [NPE] filed suit against Backstage Web, Ballard Designs, Brooks Brothers, Brooks Sports, Burberry, Christian Audigier, Forever 21, Fossil, Internet Brands, Jos A Banks, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Michael Stars, NCH, The Territory Ahead, and Toshiba over a patent related to client-based communication over a low speed network.  Parallel Networks has filed over a dozen suits since 2007 against over 150 defendants including Barnes & Noble, Google, Microsoft, and Sony.  9/15, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00822.
