InterAD Technologies [NPE] filed suit against AT&T, Atlantic Broadband, Bright House Networks, CSC Holdings, Cable One, Cequel, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DISH Network, DirecTV, EchoStar, Insight, Knology, Mediacom, RCN, Time Warner, and Verizon over a patent related to video-on-demand services.  This is the first suit filed by InterAD.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to Trento Enterprises before being assigned to InterAD in July 2011.  9/15, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00837.
