Boadin Technology [NPE] filed suit against Bloomberg, CNBC, Dow Jones, Fox News, Gannett, MarketWatch, and New York Times over two patents related to software for instantaneous symbol lookup on websites.  The patents-in-suit were issued to Aloft Media. The connection between Boadin and Aloft is currently unknown. This is the first time Boadin has filed suit.  Boadin is auctioning a perpetual Covenant Not to Sue for its full patent portfolio at the upcoming ICAP Patent Brokerage auction to be held on September 27, 2011.  9/12, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00802.
