Media Digital Corporation (MDC) [NPE] filed suit against ASUS, Dell, HTC, and Pantech over a patent related to touch screen radio station control systems. MDC has filed three prior suits since 2007 against defendants including LG, Nokia, Palm, RIM, Samsung, and Sony Ericsson. 9/12, District of New Hampshire, 1:2011cv00433.
