Reshare Commerce [NPE] filed suit against AAA, American Family, Liberty, Nationwide, Safeco, and State Farm over a patent related to a computer facilitated selling system.  Reshare has filed two prior suits since November 2009 against 18 defendants.  According to its website, Reshare has licensed its patent to 24 companies, including many defendants from its prior suits.  9/12, District of Minnesota, 0:2011cv02617.
