Princeton Digital Image Corp. [NPE] filed suit against Facebook, ImageShack, Photobucket.com, Shutterfly, and Yahoo! over a patent related to the coding of digital signals for imaging.  The patent-in-suit originated with General Electric before being assigned to Princeton Digital in July 2009.  Since then, Princeton Digital has filed three other suits against Canon, Eastman Kodak, Fujifilm, HP, Ricoh, and Xerox. 9/10, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00400.
