GTZM Technology Ventures [NPE] filed suit against Atlantic Broadband, Bright House, CSC Holdings, Cequel Communications, Charter Communications, Comcast, Cox, Insight Communications, Knology, Mediacom, RCN, Time Warner, and Vonage over a patent related to telephone handsets.  This is the first suit filed by GTZM.  9/8, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00790.
