Intellectual Ventures Sues Canon and Olympus

Intellectual Ventures [NPE] filed suit against Canon and Olympus over nine patents related to components of digital cameras and camcorders. The patents-in-suit originated with companies including Motorola, MGI Software, and Hynix spin-out MagnaChip before being assigned to Intellectual Ventures. 9/9, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00792.
