E-Contact Technologies [NPE] filed suit against 1&1 Mail & Media, AT&T, Apple, CSC Holdings, CenturyLink, Charter Communications, Comcast, Cox, Dell, EarthLink, Google, HostgGator.com, IAC Search & Media, Microsoft, Motorola Mobility, Nokia, Opera Software, Qualcomm, RCN, Rackspace, Samsung, Toshiba, Verizon, Virgin, and Yahoo over a patent related to a personal computer diary for webmail products.  This is the first suit filed by E-Contact.  9/8, Eastern District of Texas, 1:2011cv00426.
