Lochner Technologies [NPE] filed suit against ASUS, Acer, Amazon, Apple, Casio, Cisco, Google, HTC, LG, Motorola Mobility, NEC, Nokia, Panasonic, RIM, Roku, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Unisys, ViewSonic, and Vizio over a patent related to wireless streaming video for use with tablets, laptop and desktop computers.  Lochner has filed five prior suits since June 2009 against over 25 defendants including Dell, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, and Lenovo.  The patent was issued to co-inventors Scott Lochner and Meir Bartur in 2006.  9/8, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00395.
