E-Micro Corporation [NPE] filed suit against Amazon, BBY, Best Buy, Google, Nextel, Samsung, and Sprint Nextel over three patents related to electronically storing consumer identification information for point-of-sale transactions.  This is the first suit filed by E-Micro.  Frank Ganji is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and the founder of E-Micro.  9/8, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00465.
