HTC filed suit against Apple over four patents related to upgrade installation for personal computers and mobile devices. The patents-in-suit originated with Motorola Mobility and are among nine patents that Google assigned to HTC in August 2011. 9/7, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00785.
