Intellectual Ventures Identifies Investors

May 18, 2011- A Certificate of Interested Entities was filed by Intellectual Ventures on May 16, 2011 in the Xilinx v. Intellectual Ventures declaratory judgment matter. The certificate identifies parties that could be “substantially affected by the outcome” of the suit. Several individuals and investment funds are named as well as a number of technology companies including: Adobe, Amazon, Apple, Cisco, eBay, Google, Intel, Microsoft, Nokia, Nvidia, SAP, Sony, Verizon, Xilinx, and Yahoo.
