ClassCo filed suit against Apple, Casio, Futurewei, HTC, HP, Huawei, LG, Palm, RIM, Samsung, and ZTE over two patents related to announcement of a calling party of mobile devices. 9/7, Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv06241.
