This past January, Texas LFP, LLC assigned three US patents to Modulus Systems LLC. Two of those patents generally relate to an antenna with a built-in radio frequency (RF) module. Modulus Systems asserted them in a Western District of Texas complaint against Zebra Technologies (6:23-cv-00335); the case lasted about ten days. Modulus Systems has now asserted the other patent, which broadly concerns an RF module assembly, in a new set of complaints, filed against Dexatek Technology (2:23-cv-00239), KAGA FEI (2:23-cv-00240), MOKO Technology (2:23-cv-00241), Murata Manufacturing (Murata Electronics North America) (2:23-cv-00220), Raytac (2:23-cv-00242), and Utovertek (2:23-cv-00243) in the Eastern District of Texas.
