Israeli plaintiff Powermat Technologies, Ltd. has sued Anker (5:23-cv-00052) in the Eastern District of Texas over the provision of wireless chargers. Seven patents generally related to inductive power transmission technologies are asserted in the new complaint, with Powermat pleading that the alleged infringement is willful, and that it has reached out to Anker on numerous occasions since at least November 2018.
