ORG Structure Innovation [NPE] filed suit against Oracle for alleged infringement of three patents related to systems of rule inheritance in system software.  5/17,  Northern District of Illinois, 1:2011cv03307.  Accused products include a number of Oracle, Siebel, Sun, and ATG branded products.  This is the first suit filed by ORG Structure.  According to PTO assignment records, the  patents-in-suit are assigned to individual inventor, Paul V. Morinville.
