Qorvo Case Dismissed Without Prejudice, Microelectronic Innovations Turns to Analog Devices
July 14, 2023
After a bit of a false start in November 2022 against Qorvo, Microelectronic Innovations LLC has filed a second complaint over a portfolio of former STMicro patents that it received in May of last year from France Brevets SAS. The new defendant is Analog Devices (1:23-cv-00779), accused in the Western District of Texas of infringing four patents through the provision of its “Broadband Up/Downconverting Mixer with Integrated FractionalN PLL and VCO” power amplification devices; “Microwave Wideband Synthesizers with Integrated VCO products”; and “16-Bit, 25Msps/10Msps ADC products”.
