Signify (Signify North America) (1:23-cv-00777) is the latest defendant to be added to the first litigation campaign of RecepTrexx LLC, launched in May 2023 with a suit against Wink. Signify is accused of infringement through the provision of the Philips 7600 series Borderless design Google TV, with the incorporation of the Google Assistant platform and related voice command functionalities at issue.
