Arista Networks and Juniper Networks Sued over Former Orckit-Corrigent Patents
August 4, 2023
Orckit Corporation has expanded its sole litigation campaign, launched last July with a suit against Cisco Systems, with a pair of complaints against Arista Networks (1:23-cv-00821) and Juniper Networks (1:23-cv-00822) in the District of Delaware. The plaintiff asserts three wireless networking patents, each originating with Orckit-Corrigent (f/k/a Corrigent). The defendants are accused of infringement through the provision of certain networking hardware (e.g., routers and switches) and related software products.
