In a third Delaware complaint, Belden, through a Canadian subsidiary, has accused CommScope (1:23-cv-00810) of infringing three patents generally related to a certain “modular fiber optic cassette system” through the provision of its Propel-series “modular fiber connectivity products”, including certain high-density panels and related fiber modules and adapters. District Judge Richard G. Andrews already presides over two suits filed by Belden against CommScope, both filed in June of 2022.
