Inventor-controlled Optimum Imaging Technologies LLC has filed six new Eastern District of Texas complaints, accusing Fujifilm (4:23-cv-00922), Nikon (4:23-cv-00923), Olympus and OM Digital Solutions (4:23-cv-00924), Panasonic (4:23-cv-00926), Samsung (4:23-cv-00927), and Sony (4:23-cv-00928) of infringing up to four patents generally related to optical aberration correction. The previous litigation in this campaign, between the plaintiff and Canon, ended in April 2021 after the parties noticed a settlement.
