Anker (Fantasia Trading) (1:23-cv-04762) has filed a declaratory judgment action in the Northern District of Georgia against inventor Dr. Joseph Schultz and his controlled entity ministrap LLC, seeking a judgment of noninfringement of three patents generally related to a certain “fastening strap system”. Fantasia Trading alleges that ministrap has asserted the patents against distributors (i.e., Best Buy, Costco, Office Depot, Target, and Walmart) of its various Anker-branded charging cables.
