Galicia IP LLC has launched US litigation, suing Firstech (4:23-cv-00956), Honda (3:23-cv-02370), and Tesla (1:23-cv-01307) in the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas, respectively. Galicia IP is another plaintiff “managed” by a Texas LLC solely owned by Panamanian Hernan Arturo Perez Torrijos, represented by Ramey LLP, but apparently managed by patent advisory firm Dynamic IP Deals LLC (d/b/a DynaIP). Galicia IP has filed a certified list of interested parties in all three districts, even though only the Northern District requires one, on each list identifying only the plaintiff and Ramey LLP as such parties, without mention of (1) mCom IP’s managing member (another Texas LLC); (2) Perez Torrijos; (3) DynaIP; and (4) the known member of DynaIP.
