Airport Retail Management (1:23-cv-05043), InMotion Entertainment (1:23-cv-05045), Hypercel (2:23-cv-09455), Nimble for Good (8:23-cv-02098), Roku (1:23-cv-09709), and Spigen (8:23-cv-02101) are the latest defendants to be sued in the litigation campaign that VoltStar Technologies, Inc. initiated in February 2012 with a suit against AT&T, the plaintiff having hit more than 40 defendants since. Across the bevy of complaints, the plaintiff asserts a single reissue patent generally related to a certain “charger plug”, with the defendants accused of infringement through the provision of various wall chargers.
