After flashing briefly back to life this past summer, the sole litigation campaign of Teleputers, LLC, begun in 2020, has resumed, the inventor-controlled plaintiff suing AMD (6:23-cv-00756) and Analog Devices (6:23-cv-00755) in separate Western District of Texas complaints. Two patents, generally related to permutation instructions in a programmable processor, are asserted in each complaint, with infringement allegations targeting the provision of Systems-on-Chip (SoCs) that are based on certain ARM architectures.
