RecepTrexx LLC initiated its sole litigation campaign in May 2023, having since filed over a dozen cases. Most of those suits have already ended, with litigation remaining live against Aeotec Group, Lumi United Technology, and TP-Link, each sued this past June, and now also against Fortinet (2:23-cv-00519) and Silicon Laboratories (6:23-cv-00772). The defendants are targeted with a single patent over the implementation of the ZigBee 3.0 protocol in various products, including the FortiAP Series Access Point and Silicon Laboratories Wireless Networking Solutions, respectively.
