Atlantic IP’s Croga Innovations Kicks Off First US Litigation

Croga Innovations Limited, a plaintiff tied to Irish monetization firm Atlantic IP Services, has sued IBM (2:23-cv-00634) in the Eastern District of Texas. Asserted are two distributed networking patents developed by L3 Technologies (now L3Harris), with infringement allegations in the new complaint focused on “IBM Wazi Developer versions 1.4, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 with IBM Z and IBM LinuxOne platforms IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Virtual Servers, and IBM Cloud Bare Metal Servers” for both.
