RPX Activity Report: Patent Acquisitions, IPR Petitions, Prior Art Searches, and Campaign Assessments in Q4 2016

In the fourth quarter of 2016, RPX completed 12 acquisitions on behalf of clients. Seven of those deals involved patents in active litigation and resulted in the dismissal of roughly 60 member defendants.
