Virtual Reality Feedback [NPE] filed suit against Ultimate Game Chair over two patents related to game chairs with tactile feedback capabilities. VRF filed two prior suits over the same patents in 2008 and 2009 against defendants including Sony and Circuit City. The patents were assigned to VRF by the inventors in March 2008. 8/5, District of New Jersey, 3:2011cv04566.
