Proofpoint filed for declaratory judgment against InNova Patent Licensing [NPE] over a patent related to enterprise e-mail server software.  The inventor, Robert Uomini, has attempted unsuccessfully  to sell the patent in the past both directly and through the ICAP Ocean Tomo auction.  According to InNova’s web site, the patent is currently offered for licensing.  5/10, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv02288.
