Curiously named EDGE NETWORKING SYSYEMS LLC (ENS) has filed its first litigation, suing Microsoft (1:24-cv-00215) over the provision of “products built on a managed distributed application architecture”, including certain video games (e.g., Forza Horizon 5) published on the Windows and Xbox platform as well as the Microsoft 365 platform. At issue in the Western District of Texas complaint is the support for the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
