(f/k/a Emerald Hills Consulting, L.L.C.) has launched what it appears to be its first litigation, suing Amazon (Amazon Web Services) (1:24-cv-00233) in the Western District of Texas over the provision of the Amazon Web Services Marketplace platform. Asserted by the inventor-controlled plaintiff is a single patent generally related to processing “discrete business activity management (DBAM) commands”.
