After suing Aisin, DENSO (DENSO Ten), and Panasonic (Panasonic Automotive Systems), each for the first time, earlier in May, InfoGation Corporation has added separate suits against Mercedes-Benz (Daimler, Mercedes-Benz USA) (2:24-cv-00363), Volkswagen (Porsche) (2:24-cv-00350), and Subaru (2:24-cv-00362) while hitting Honda again, this time through US subsidiary American Honda Motor (2:24-cv-00346). Vehicle navigation systems are the focus of the active cases in this campaign, which started back in 2016.
