This is the fourth suit filed by Patent Harbor, specifically, the second suit filed against media production and distribution companies. Previous defendants include RPX members, Sharp, Best Buy, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, Samsung, LG Electronics, and Coby. Other defendants include numerous consumer electronics, and media content and distribution companies.
