SPADA Innovations, Inc. has filed a Central District of California complaint accusing AT&T (2:24-cv-06703) of infringing two passive optical networking (PON) patents through the provision of its “[Passive Optical Network] PON based high-speed Fiber services”. Formed by CEO and sole named inventor for the patents-in-suit Joseph Louis Vilella, SPADA has filed a certification that identifies no nonparties having a pecuniary interest in the outcome of the new case.
