Among the patent assignments executed during late October was an internal transfer, between two related NPEs, involving former Branders.com patents asserted in a now-closed campaign targeting companies that offer custom printed products; also included in that transaction was a patent developed by Alcatel-Lucent that has not been asserted in any litigation to date. Also of note is a 2016 transaction, recorded in September but not made public by the USPTO until this month, between French telecommunications provider Orange S.A. and a subsidiary of Sisvel International S.A.
