Woodbury Wireless Asserts Just-Issued Patent

September 22, 2024

The USPTO issued a new patent to Woodbury Wireless LLC on June 18, 2024. In a pair of Eastern District of Texas complaints, Woodbury Wireless has now accused AT&T (AT&T Mobility) (2:24-cv-00771) and Nokia (2:24-cv-00772) of infringing that patent through the provision of “802.11be-compliant access points”. Litigation over patents from this same family is already underway before Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap, against AT&T, as well as against Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile), the first suit in the campaign, filed against Verizon (Verizon Wireless) having been dismissed with prejudice in February of this year.
