Last week, Data Fence LLC sued SecureLogix (6:24-cv-00516) and Twilio (6:24-cv-00516)  in a pair of Western District of Texas complaints, adding a District of Massachusetts case against Aura (1:24-cv-12554) the next day. Each defendant is accused of infringing the same three patents, generally related to call blocking in telephones and telephony systems. USPTO assignment records have yet to reflect an assignment of the patents-in-suit away from Kedlin Company, an inventor-controlled company that once developed mobile apps and games.
