UPF Innovations Files Suit Against Redpine Signals in Circuit Identification Campaign
February 8, 2018
UPF Innovations LLC has filed a new lawsuit, against Redpine Signals (4:18-cv-00814), asserting the same patent at issue in a recently dismissed case against Microsemi. The patent generally relates to providing a unique identifier for an integrated circuit. UPF has accused of infringement the Wyzbee IoT Platform and the WiSeMCU and M2MCombo RS9113 family of products, after targeting certain Microsemi FPGAs. That earlier case ended in dismissal with prejudice in early January 2018 after previously filed court documents indicated settlement.
