Optimize Technology Solutions, LLC has revived its sole litigation campaign, begun in 2007 under the NPE’s prior name, SBJ IP Holdings 1, LLC. The new defendants are sports equipment retailer Performance (2:18-cv-00036) and fashion retailer Tapestry (2:18-cv-00010). Optimize Technology asserts the same patent, generally related to tracking the interests of visitors to websites to customize the webpages displayed, against both, with infringement allegations focused on the defendants’ e-commerce sites (performancebike.com and coach.com, respectively).
