In June 2024, AlmondNet, Inc. and its subsidiary Intent IQ, LLC filed suit against Oracle in the Western District of Texas. Now, Datonics, LLC—another subsidiary of AlmondNet—has filed a second complaint against Oracle (7:25-cv-00059) in the same district, this time asserting two patents broadly directed to targeted advertisements. Oracle is accused of infringement through the provision of the Oracle Advertising platform, Marketing Cloud platform, and related products, with features related to advertisement delivery and data collection at issue.
