The last active case in the litigation campaign of Comarco Wireless Systems LLC (CWS), filed against Lowe’s in April 2024, ended in a January dismissal with prejudice, after a settlement was noticed late last year. Now, CWS has filed suit against AT&T (2:25-cv-00173), targeting compliance with the Battery Charging (BC) 1.2 specification by a wide array of charging products, from car chargers to power banks. Since a trio of cases filed in 2022, this plaintiff has proceeded in serial fashion.
