Collaborative Agreements, LLC (d/b/a Oui Agree) has revived the litigation campaign that it began with an April 2014 case against Adobe and customers of its EchoSign product—Citrix, TiVo, and Time Warner (acquired by Charter Communications in 2016)—suing DocuSign (3:25-cv-01643) in the Northern District of California. The two asserted patents generally relate to “facilitating a transaction between two or more parties” through an electronic document, with DocuSign accused of infringement over the provision of “products for managing electronic agreements with electronic signatures”, including the DocuSign eSignature platform and DocuSign IAM applications.
