BioSpectrum Hemp (3:25-cv-00144), Floyd’s of Leadville (1:25-cv-00624), and Happy Hemp (1:25-cv-00625) have each taken a hit from Metronome LLC, a New Mexico plaintiff, over a patent generally related to a topical formulation that incorporates an extract of cannabis and “at least one compound” of “menthol, resorcinol, and phenol”. Targeted is the provision of cannabidiol (CBD) topical products (e.g., balms and rollers).
