OrderMagic LLC has filed eight complaints in the Eastern District of Texas—one against each of Cafe and Bakery Group (2:25-cv-00365), Chipotle (2:25-cv-00368), CPK Holdings (California Pizza Kitchen) (2:25-cv-00366), Deli Management (d/b/a Jason’s Deli) (2:25-cv-00369), Mavericks (d/b/a Inspire Brands) (2:25-cv-00370), Mr. YUM Holdings Proprietary (2:25-cv-00371), The Property Group (Chick-Fil-A) (2:25-cv-00367), and Raising Cane’s (2:25-cv-00372)—and two in the Western District of Texas—one against each of BBQ Holdings (7:25-cv-00158) and Thrive Restaurant Group (7:25-cv-00160). Targeted is the provision of the restaurant defendants’ respective mobile apps and/or websites for mobile ordering.
